No that is not true. According to Arbonne's policies and procedures Arbonne may not be sold retail EXCEPT for appointment based businesses. It can be sold in tanning salons, beauty salons and doctors offices. That gives us a nice niche market that is protected. It is because Arbonne wants the personal touch and typically appointment based businesses build relationships with their customers where normal retail does not.
I have sold Arbonne in my salon(s) for 11 years and have helped get other salons started with it.
Perfectly fine according to the rules.
