If you don't mind telling a white lie...Tell them you are going bankrupt and that the equipment is being liquidated soooooooo you won't be needing any lotion since you're bailing...worked for us! Haven't heard from them in awhile.
Of course you'd have to step away from the client to say that so they don't freak out.
