get a knife or something thin/sharp and pry up on the plastic silver or gold top. It should pop right out. You can then unscrew the big gold/silver cap off of the little white testube inside.
It's pretty easy. I have quite a few ladies that love the bottle and when they were done with their first one, they fill it with soap or hand lotion for use as home. __________________  .................................................. .......  |
