The capacitors hold power and the lamps will flicker sometimes and do like a disco show after the session is done...that's the capacitors releasing the charge it has until it drains all of the power from them. you'll notice it at night when you shut off all the lights to the salon. Once the power is discharged from the capacitors and it drains....it will stop doing it.

That's all it is.
