There is an on-going discussion on another board about this currently.

Din - I said the same thing - I think this could be the U.S.'s Fabutan case. Robbie and Doug are plenty familiar with one another (think they co-preceded on an ITA panel recently) and I'm sure many phone calls and conversations have been made and will continue.

Texas is going to be an interesting proving ground for this fight. One of the more regulated for tanning currently, but at the same time -- plenty of "outdoor tanning" happening (with no regulation), and a history of people that don't necessarily like the government stepping in to tell them how to run their businesses or their lives!
