Re: Detoxed and lost 8# in one week!! So I am going to share my caramel slice with you all and I am going to convert the measurement for you too... I am sooo good today preheat oven 350f or 180c you will need 11x 7 inch rectangle baking tin with aluminium foil Base: 2oz plain flour 2oz self raising flour 3oz desiccated coconut 3 1/2 oz butter 3 3/4 oz brown sugar or you can cheat and but the premixed biscuit base in a box and all you have to do is add butter melt butter and dissolve sugar then mix with the flours.. press mixture onto base of tin and bake for 10 minutes Filling 2 tablespoons of golden syrup 400g tin condensed milk stir with wooden spoon over low heat all the time.. the mixture will thicken and go darker... it needs to get really thick... Basically I boil the crap out of it but be careful not to burn it... pour onto biscuit base and let cool down topping dark chocolate melted and poured over the top of caramel mixture and let set.. wait a bit til it has cooled down and slice it up and eat it all up..... that is it... enjoy and have fun with the detox! |
