I also meant to ask...this 8 lbs that you lost. Was it an 8 lbs that made your clothes fit better or was it just 8 lbs of gunk in your system that you don't actually "see" the difference? Either way it still good. Just thought it would be that much better if there was visble results as well. __________________  |
