OH Susan. I forgot to tell you that my hubby and I did Dr. Natura for 3 months about 2 years ago. What a pain and after 3 months we saw results but not that great for doing the tea, tons of pills and that nasty grassy drink every morning - yuck! This is way better in my opinion. 7 days sipping and you're done for the month.

And as Christine said it doesn't taste all that bad. I think it tastes like a watery, lemony prune juice.
