The gurus in this industry don't have 13 people waiting for someone to call, they too are trying to make a living, and may well have been on the phone helping someone else.

I have had a bed down and when I call the manufacture they are closed, away from the desk, on another line or what ever.
That isnt good enough when your bed is down, you need it up FAST.
THAT is why we use this forum. Other salon owners have the same units or know about those units and can help get it up before we ever get a return call.
