It really was bizarre. To feel the 'UH OH I gotta GOOOO' feeling but then NOT getting up to go to the bathroom...and then *woooosh* there is goes though the tube next to you. Merky stuff is candida which is bad...yeasty stuff from dairy and breads I think.
