You aren't having the sugar cravings because your system is getting them out. As long as you don't go back to them you will be in really good shape.
One thing you might want to consider is the Herbal Colon Cleanse. That is a nightly tablet that you take just before bed. Not only does it keep your colon clean but it adds good bacteria in there.
