there are two electric panels in the closet so i took a picture of both. Not sure what if they are large enough or not and was hoping some experts could enlighten me.

Also, notice on the thermostat that the setting is set to OFF... I found that interesting.

I asked chickypoo why the place was so damn hot. She said because the ac cannot handle it... conflicting information as the ac unit appears large enough to handle the load PLUS the thermostat itself was turned to off, rather than cool. Maybe she's telling the truth ..she honestly just seemed so clueless.. i doubt she even knew where the thermostat was.
