Yes, they are tough to find. You'll find 11 and 45 everywhere. Your best bet is to call a store that specializes in wiring. I used to get catalogs from tihs computer company that sold every end and tool to make cables. Couldn't tell you who it was though. Good luck if you haven't found one yet
