I have never seen the error, and I was about 1100 miles away when it happened. Any other day, I am in and out of there2-3 times. The same bed is the one acting up with the lost sessions, client goes back to tan and the bed acts like its done before i starts. Ussually after 10 sessions in a row, maybe it gets a little warm and just says NO.
