My opinion: all 3 designs are weak.
The "The #1...." slogan is even weaker and has no place in the logo.

The font in design #2 is better than the other's because of the forum's focus on news, opinions, typed communications.
Instead of the "The #1..." slogan, consider something like:
"A Community Of Indoor Tanning Industry Professionals"
