Hi, mgj, it's bash again. I agree that it's probably a communication issue(but I am not an expert) I have the same problem every now & then. When e7 comes up I unplug my t-max wait 10 seconds & plug it back in & it works. At times my computer says the bed is running & it isn't. I just reset it & thankfully it comes on again. Recently the 0 disappeared on my Starpower(I know it sucks, but I made it better)-I had to flip the circuit breaker & it came back on. Had a brief heart attack though!!
