Sounds like the bed is resetting. Don't go by the software. Does the timer reset to zero in the room? Could be a bad lamp in the bed. These beds have a sensor on the board to detect transiesents caused by flickering or shorted lamps and shut the bed down.

Removing Q1 and Q2 off of the board eliminates this but if you are not skilled with working on circuit boards then don't attempt this as you might fuque it up.
