Re: Motivating Staff Get off of the chair, put the cell phone away, spit out the gum, greet the customers. If there are no customers then go clean a room, every day clean a new room top to bottom behind the beds and everything. Pick up the used lotion packets, underwear, tampons, dust and vacuum. When you are done with that then when the customer comes in don't ask what they want, tell them what they need. Fill my register to capacity every day. If you cannot do that then I have a stack of applicants right here {fanning under nose} ready to take your position tomorrow to do that very thing. If the customer is pale it's time for a sale. If it's time to lean then it's time to clean. Get to work or you're fired! |
