The manager is fine. If it didn't work then it would pick up nothing. It doesn't pick and choose rooms.

E6 is a communication error. Did you install the chips correctly? They have a notch or dot on the one end and this goes at the end where there is a notch in the end of the chip socket.

Could also be a bad time chip. You can swap from known working beds to test. If this does not work then the board is bad and will need replacing.

Also, check the phone plug connections to ensure that you have good connections and don't have a broken wire or a plug that is not fully inserted.

Also, check your address settings. The period must be solid when setting the address. If it is flashing then this indicates that the address is over the value of 100. Since there are only two digits on the display the period is used to indicate this.
