Now that I understand this, I can see how it will work very well. Thanks for sharing! I will mess with the numbers so that it works for my salon and see what happens!
Sliding commission scales normally work well for sales people...so if you have sales ppl...they will love this. My employees request daily thier numbers so they can keep a good eye on what they need to be doing to get their commissions. |
