Is this your first slow season? I don't know how long you have been in business. I opened in March of this year.

Within the last 3 weeks I have trimmed my hours.

Old hours
Monday - Friday 7:00 am until 8:00
Saturday- 9:30-8:00

new hours
Monday,Tuesday,Thursday-7:00am-6:00pm
Wed. & Fri.- 10:00-6:00
Saturday 10:00-2:00

My first week in August has been busy, I have actually had some waiting.
