last year I had some staggered hours during the week. tues and thursday were my shorter days, 11-7 and and mon-wed were 9-9 I think. that worked out OKAY, but it was confusing for SOME clients that never had a clue what day it was. this year i just reduced hours to 11-7 mon through friday. This was after careful consideration watching the trends for the weeks leading to my decision
