Starting with back of legs up left arm out into back into right arm neck Front of legs, inner thighs Abs left arm ourstretched into chest into right arm outstretched also palms up in the air to get sides and lift fat and boobs neck/Face slightly tilted brush pointed down to avoid getting into nostirls.
