I disagree. This is a customer service business. I believe one reason my salon is continually increasing in revenue is our customer service is superior to every other salon around me. I keep the same hours year round no matter what. I bend over backwards to accomodate the client because they are fickle and want to tan when they feel like it. It puts me head and shoulders above the other salons. I had a new client just a bit ago. One of her first questions was about my hours. It does matter to them.
