a. read the threads here on "How to sell HP"!
b. Have you checked the voltage to the unit to make sure it is in the best performance range?
c. Do you ALWAYS insist your clients use a HIGH QUALITY lotion with that bed since lotion use is even MORE critical with HP than other units?
d. Do you and your staff think it is good, use it yourself, and recommend it to clients - or think "it sucks"?
e. If it is a lower UVB unit, do you have regular users "mix it up" between this unit and your best VHR, so they are getting the UVB needed to stimulate the melanin to have something to get tan the next visit?
Dropping price is NOT the answer! Figure out HOW to make it work. It WILL, if you work with it.

This unit is a Boat Anchor®! There is no amount of reading on this site or any other on how to sell HP to make this unit work for her. It is the biggest hot box, fire trap piece of $h!t ever made. The UV Scam is even worse then the Velocity.
Remember the stand up version of this unit? The only thing that made the stand up better then this one is that in the stand up you could get out and run a lot faster.
