OK, I was told by Laura that "Tony" was fired immediately after our conversation, so if anyone else gets a call from "Tony" (has a deep voice and sounded slightly ethnic maybe), let me know that I have been lied to. By the way, we now have a recorder on our phone line, so now every time they call, I get name and company, and make sure I say very clearly "Do not call here again"... |
