Do you need a doctor on staff for micro derm & laser?

And agk... did they approach you or you them? I am REALLY interested in doing this as well but have no idea how to go about it.

I don't mean to hijack this thread, but I would love to get other's opinions that are actually doing this as well. There was a salon in Waterloo that offered both, and it was for sale awhile ago but I'm not sure whatever happened there. It was close to both universities.
