You can check intensity of rejuvination rays with Model 9.6 Solarmeter:

Lumiere and Omnilux (red light only) read in the 80-100 mW/cm² range. The ETS and Heartland LED panels may be similar... not sure. So far red tube lamps (like Mercola, etc) are down around 15 mW/cm².
