Voltage correction is the salon owners responsibility. The bed runs at a certain voltage and if you don't have that then it is your responsibility to make it that way, not the distributors.

So if your HP bed needs 3 tons of air the distributor should be including a unit too? Should they be installing the service so you can run it?

No other appliance is sold like that and tanning beds are no different. It is up to you to provide the proper power. The beds are priced accordingly.
