You're S.O.L unless you can get the person that you bought the salon from to click on the link and order the new dongle for you as he was the person that bought Helios originally. Will cost $13 for shipping. Send them back the old dongle in the return envelope they provide and you're all done. Whatever credit card you give them for the shipping charges will also be charged $999 if you don't return the old dongle. The old owner will probably not take that responsibility, so you may need to provide your CC # to pay the $13 for shipping, just in case you don't send the old one back.
If you don't get the old owner to do it for you.....start looking for another program....quick. You've got till end of September.
