This has been covered a lot here. Contact the manufacturers and get demos of their products and see what best fits you. We contacted Tan Track, Helios, SalonTouch, SunLync and got demos from all of them. Most were fully working demos (except for like timers, EFT processing, etc) so you can really give the programs a run through. You can also use the Search tool here on this site, and get plenty of information on all of these programs.

Each program is different, and you'll get lots of goods/bads with most of them, since none of them are perfect.

Get the demos, and see what works best for you.
