I too have been using them since they came out with this concept and I will be canceling this week. I get around 50-60 people that they claim are high quality leads, but since we've signed up only two leads have actually walked through our doors. Now, they are charging me a $10/mo administrative fee which I wasn't told about at all plus a $4/ email lead which started at $3. I agree that if we received more information on the customers like real addresses or real names it might mean something more to us. Right now it seems like someone is sitting at Tanning Near You and entering a bunch of bogus email addresses.
