The Cyber Dumb® is just that, dumb. It uses two rows of lamps, one behind the other, staggered. The back row is reflector and is positioned in between the front row gaps kind of like a bed with spags but they are set back a little. The front row is non reflector so the light from the back row can shine through the front row. A real waste of lamps and power.
