Thinking back, I wish I would have went Magic. We have a salon in our franchise that has a Magic and has nothing but problems with it since just about day 1. He gets VERY LITTLE support from Matthias to the point where they aren't returning his phone calls. I guess a lot has been rectified since he purchased his unit (including the transformer that is included with the unit). It does out tan any other HP I have tried though.
