Wow! I once hired a girl that I thought was going to be the best I ever had. She was in her 30's, so I thought much more mature. Figured she could relate to the older women that came in and guys of all ages. She was good looking, had a great personality, caught on quick...then she quit with no notice after 2 weeks because she's lazy and doesn't want to clean (I'm paraphrasing)
