Try changing the breaker that won't light with one that will.You could have some bad breakers.


Just so you know ,your bed is like a map.If you start at the foot on the outer colum and count in towards the bed across the feet and those are lamps 1,2 ,3 the second group which will go across your shins are 4,5,6 ect ect until you get to the face which going from the outside(closest to you as stand in front of the bed) are 19,20 (direct over the face) and 21.

Now if you look at your breakers ,you have 2 rows ,the row closest to you are all the "odd numbers" 1,3,5,7 going from the foot of the bed towards the head of the bed.

The second row are the even numbers 2,4,6,8, ect.This way you can easily identify the right breakers in conjunction with the lamps.

That is assuming that nobody messed with all of them too badly.

But with the intermitant type of problem you are having I would want to get everything back to normal.
