Respond with this month only all lotion 75% off, or tan until the end of the year for $x (totaly stupid ly low number).
When they come in and ask for the lotion discount say it is for real customer only and not those calling from "X" salon.
I have them coming in with their salon t-shirts on clearly visible. I wish they would just focus on their customers and doing what they find works for them.
