Your so welcome! I just know how frusterating it is today to get good employees and get them to represent the salon in a profesional manner is an ongoing job. Having a good policy manual and making them sign something saying they have read it, understand it, and agree to abide by it... makes them accountable for their actions. I feel, as one salon owner, to the many out there across the nations... if we can help each other out in any way ... no matter how small, to present our businesses in a more professional manner then we are making a major accomplishment towards a better future for our entire industry world wide.

oh and P.S. it really wasn't geared toward multi locations... although it can be used for such, I only have one salon with 14 beds and 4 employees

p.s.s. yes that sun index for the day thing in the valley is so annoying... they scare the crap out of people with that! I understand why they do it, telling people to protect themselves from sunburn is one thing... but having a daily news breaks on sun advisory for the day is putting fear of the sun into the community at large and that is just stupid!
