Some customers are just not worth it

We do tell her it's been used. She came in today and I was with another customer "ummmm has it been used?"

It hadn't been in almost 2 hours...but I told her it had...

no complaints on the way out.

I'd say....NO....so have a seat and wait till someone comes in cuz you're too dumb to listen to common sense.

We had a really bad one last month. She came in to renew and my wife told her she'd probably do better at the salon down the road. (the one she came from)

It wasn't worth the money to deal with her...

Oh man I could write all day about some of our gems.

There's the one who made me a mixed CD, then relieved himself in our garbage can (got rid of him real fast).

There's the one that flipped out on me one afternoon asking me why I hate him and treat him like a dog (all because I do my job without responding to his "you have beautiful eyes' nonsense and calling me 'sweetie')

There's the woman who seems to think she should be allowed to tan even when she doesn't make an appointment - talks over other customers and walks back to the room even if it's in use.

I like that.....so instead of using Novus to polish up your acrylic, use Trinity.
