You're S.O.L unless you can get the person that you bought the salon from to click on the link and order the new dongle for you as he was the person that bought Helios originally. Will cost $13 for shipping. Send them back the old dongle in the return envelope they provide and you're all done. Whatever credit card you give them for the shipping charges will also be charged $999 if you don't return the old dongle. The old owner will probably not take that responsibility, so you may need to provide your CC # to pay the $13 for shipping, just in case you don't send the old one back.

If you don't get the old owner to do it for you.....start looking for another program....quick. You've got till end of September.

im not comfortable authorizing $999 for a replacement dongle..ill send mine back but once its out of my hands its out of my controll...what if it never makes it to helios...hows that my problem. i did my part by bringing it 2 ups..f authorizing $999 for a $10 dongle....scare tactics at their best!

The dongle costs just a couple bucks to make and I am betting they burn them in house - VERY easy to do.

Been waiting since JUNE 2nd, when i posted the update and paid the $13 for shipping.

I did the same as you Din but haven't heard anything since. When I signed up online they said the Dongle would ship in 2-3 weeks. That was 2 months ago.

I just received an email saying the new dongle was shipped today.

I just got another e-mail. I filled it out and got to a screen that they would ship it in a couple weeks. Nothing about a shipping and if they do I will dispute it.

There was a check box for a $999 lost dongle replacement with a submit button. But the screen I was on already said it would be shipping so I did not click submit since it was not required.
