Ok when we start up the computer in the morning the first thing that comes up automatically is the Search screen. Like you are searching the computer for a certain file or something. Anyway this screen just flickers and you cannot exit out without it coming right back up about a second later.
The only way to stop it is to hit Control Alt & Delete and when the Task Manager screen comes we just exit out of the Task Manager without doing anything. This now allows us to exit the search screen and stops it from flickering and we can go on business as usual. So it will always do it on start up. We are running XP and I cant figure out how to keep this screen from coming up. Any thoughts? |

Start--> All Programs --> Startup
See if anything is in that folder. Something could have been corrupt and the search box is in there like 100 times and it keeps opening it.
