Default Helios address problem

We're currently using v11 and have always had problems with printing the entire address on mailing labels. If you use smartmail or "marketing labels", the apt # field doesn't print on the label causing a lot of return mail.

I've contacted Helios on this issue a few times and all I get is "yeah, you're right. I'll pass it along". Has anyone else encountered this problem? Is there another way to manipulate the data to extract that particular field to print with the address. I've even tried exporting the data to Microsoft Access.

Thanks,
Crystal

Yeah, that's what I do too. But a lot of times, even though I've told all the employees, it still ends up in the apt field.

You're on version 11so get BACKOFFICE setup on your salon computer.

you can then pull ALL info directly into MS Excel, along with any other report your heart could desire.

We're on a WAN. Would the server have this "backoffice" capability?

you would have to have backoffice loaded on your computer. It is on the helios 11 cd. Then you would need to know the ip of your computer and have internet connection
