i have the formostar and LOVE it! we do very well with it. i just had a weight loss clinic approach me about doing 30 addional body wraps a week. i am considering getting a thermojet b/c of the quicker session time. i know at one point formostar offered territory exclusivity. does anyone know if they still do? does thermojet?

Not sure about thermojet. but, just call them and see what can be worked out. I always tell my kids, you don't know until you ask.

Don't know if any of you are interested, but I want to sell my Formostar. It works great, we are just too new (this is our 2nd busy season) and understaffed to try to do both tanning and the formostar. We don't have a huge market for it where we are, and advertising here is impossible. For those who have done the body wrap, most love it and are happy with the results.

I'd like to sell it for about $7000.00 plus shipping and handling. If anyone is interested please let me know and I'll be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Thanks!

Is it the digital one or the one with the needles and dials......

What year? Warranty remaining?

The numbers show up digital but has the dials for the settings. Not sure about the warranty. We bought it in 2005, didn't start using it until salon opened around June/July 2005. Probably only about 40 wraps done since.
I'd be happy to check on the warranty information though. It's in good condition, very had any problems with it, all silicone wraps are in good shape as well. I also believe I have the free session cards that came with it. Thanks for your interest.

Just so you know.....it's used and 2 years old. The brand new ones that are digital design and redesigned.....are only $2,000 more.

Most units sell used for $5000 or less. You might want to lower the price to peak interest.

Even the digital ones sell for $5,000-$5,500 used.

Here is what the NEW DIGITAL FORMOSTAR looks like

If you have the old model with the dials.....then you can pick one of the new ones above for like $9,000.

Oh...and if you want ppl to look at your info for sale...please post it in the Trading Post. Will get many more views in there. And that's where items for sale should be.

Thanks
Dean

Has anyone tries an electro muscular system (EMS)? I had one girl come into our salon and offer a treatment to my wife. She said she felt firmer after but it isn't FDA approved. Does anyone offer this service at their salon?
