Default Formostar appointments

How much time do you guys block off for appointments. I thought 75 mins was a good number incase we are running late and cleanup time. 70 mins is what I want to get down to if my crew gets better.

I've heard a few different ways.

I block out 90 minutes between appts. gives the pads time to cool off, and someone's always 5-10 min late throughout the day.

others will back to back with 75 min, and then leave 30 min between sessions.,

i block 1 1/2 hours as 60min is the session time including warmup.....plus you have to clean it for the next person...plus customers coming in and interrupting, plus explanation time, measuring them, etc...

account for them being 5-10min late and going to bathroom and change time before their session into their track suit...as well as change time afterwards.

1.5 hours works good.

See that's what I was doing, and I thought we are losing out on appointments. I'll take it back to 90 mins since it will probably be better

This was the first day we were ALMOST full, only reason we weren't is because someone didn't follow the available time slots and just picked their own. Had 6 wraps today. I'm gonna start taking appointments at 9am as well

i book first appointment 30min after i open......and i can fit 7 appointments in a day on 1 unit. That brings me to 30min before closing which gives me time to clean it up and set the room for the morning.

If i set appointments right at opening time...that would mean i have to be here on time and them too....and that i would do last session ending right at closing time, with them changing and going to bathroom when they are done....they are leaving the salon 15min after i close...then i gotta clean it...and i'm here even longer. FAKEM.

90 minutes here also. I stay away from stress as much as possible and like having some breathing room.

I just re-did my appointment book like you guys suggested, on days I open at 11 first one is 11:30. If i must and we are booking solid, I'll squeeze in one more appointment. Money is money!
