I forgot to tell you that my hubby and I did Dr. Natura for 3 months about 2 years ago. What a pain and after 3 months we saw results but not that great for doing the tea, tons of pills and that nasty grassy drink every morning - yuck! This is way better in my opinion. 7 days sipping and you're done for the month. And as Christine said it doesn't taste all that bad. TanningQueen...it tastes nothing like the stuff from La Weightloss, that was more sweet like juice, but it isnt bad. I'm sure after a few days I'll be able to drink it w/out making a funny face. I guess its kinda like switching to diet coke when your used to regular, after drinking diet for a while, it starts to taste normal. And nothing too crazy yet to add to the Poop discussion! Is it supposed to be immediate? |

One lady said the 6th day was enormous. Everyone is different though. What day are you on? I am having trouble drinking all that water though, it took me half the day yesterday to finish 32oz. I'm about 5' and have a teeny bladder, so I was peeing every 5 minutes, or running around doing the pee pee dance while we were busy. |
