It's only the beginning of day 3 so I'm still hopeful. I'm going to try getting more aggressive in my diet, but it's pretty much been salads and chicken, carrots for a snack. I did have turkey sandwich on wheat a little bit of wheat pasta last night. I also moved into a new apartment yesterday, second floor, so I know I'm getting a ton of exercise. __________________ Act weird and let 'em wonder.  |

Aimee I always seem to gain a pound or two the day after a hard workout - not sure why that is but I wouldn't let the scale discourage you. I won't weight myself until at least Tuesday - but I will for sure let everyone know how that goes. As for the poop, I am pooping all the time! Like all day. I am usually a once a day pooper and always in the morning so this is all weird for me. My eating is all over the place though. I usually have a protein and fruit shake for breakfast anyway so that hasn't changed. I had a chicken and asparagus for lunch yesterday and then we had pizza for dinner. I guess that isn't really all over the place as I try to balance good with bad. I don't feel much different so far. At the beginning of only the third day I didn't expect too much anyway...which is also why I won't weigh myself yet. |

Aimee I'm wondering if you aren't eating enough. Kind of like a fire. You can't get heat and flame without putting wood into it. You need to eat consistently throughout the day and be sure you are getting fats, protein and carbs. Fats for your brain and joints, protein for your muscles and carbs for energy. My week this week was "ODD" to say the least so i will be VERY looking forward to next months cleanse.....the week of your bday and dog dieing not to mention other crap, bet my body thinks the beer is the detox!! LOL  Cannot wait to do it the "correct" way next month! On the other hand im loooooving my other products. The detox body geele is absolutely incredible ( mix it with a lil 5 in 1 oil you will go crazy!) But wantd to let it be known i too am a member of this poop club lol Day 7 ill post total # loss , thinkn i will get down by about 4lbs! Thanks Kathe!! |
