I have more energy, not feeling as tired during mid day as usual. Definately making alot more bathroom trips but nothing too scary yet. I also think its curbing my appetite. I dont feel very hungry at all and havent had a single sugar or "anything bad for me" craving which I typically have at least once a day. I just bought some more of this stuff and also bought the Figure 8 Daily Detox Tea to go with it. |

As long as you don't go back to them you will be in really good shape. One thing you might want to consider is the Herbal Colon Cleanse. That is a nightly tablet that you take just before bed. Not only does it keep your colon clean but it adds good bacteria in there. Don't do it the week you are on the detox cleanse but start it right after. The other thing you can do to keep yourself in good shape is the orange fiber shake. I have one first thing every morning and it gives me 50% of my daily requirements right off.
