Detoxed and lost 8# in one week!!

Mine just showed up!!! Ok, should I just jump in and start tomorrow or should I wait until I have some better food in the fridge and stuff like that? I will have access to the restroom for at least 2 days in a row. Friday I wont have EASY access but as long as I dont RUN to the potty, I should be fine. Do you guys feel like , when you gotta go you gotta go? Like crossing your legs and hopin you dont crap yourself?

Oh dog, I ordered a few of the Detoxes for my peeps, 3 Logo cups, 3 Chill cups, night cream and scored one as my gift, and the anti aging face stuff... x2. I figured 2 at 50% is better than 1 at 35%. Hahhaa I sat there for an hour plugging in various things, removing them, adding them to the 35% section, trying them in the RSVP....I had to just stop and click complete.

Susan - I would start tomorrow morning if I were you. You want to sip on it all through the day - no guzzling. I don't think you will have any problems. Keep us posted.

OK, I think I've fallen in love with this stuff. Scale doesn't show that I'm loosing but man I feel great. Kathe, what can I take to keep this feeling going. I know I can't just keep taking the detox for more than 14 days. I know you mention a tea and a capsule. What do you suggest?

Aimee, and everyone else. Do you realize what you just said is why this business works? Because when someone tries a product like this and it makes you feel the way you are feeling you want more. I hear things like this all of the time. These products work!!

Anyway, I'm so happy you are feeling great!

This is what I do on a daily basis. You pick and choose from this what you want to start doing. Little by little add something here and there.

I start my day drinking a orange fiber shake. It starts my day out right.

About 1/2 hour later I eat my breakfast and take my women's vitamin pack.

I shower, using all of my Arbonne products, of course (water retention serum, RE9 body wash, shampoo, conditioner, scalp conditioner)

I then do my skin care regime (RE9 anti-aging) both face and body.

For a natural deoderant I use the Arbonne herbal foot cream then get dressed.

Right now I'm drinking an iced tea made with the daily detox tea.

I'll have a fizzy after lunch, which will be a salad and a vanilla protein shake mixed with frozen strawberries. (I have one of those fun little magic bullet mixers at the salon)

I take another pack of vitamins with my dinner.

Before bed a cup of tea (normally hot this time) and an herbal colon cleanse (unless I'm detoxing).

I can sell these products because I use them and they work. I feel good and do not look my age.

For you to start I would recommend the womens hybrid vitamins, the daily detox tea and herbal colon cleanse. That's a great start.

OH! And when you are a consultant and use the autoship program for your nutrition products they have extra special deals you can take advantage of.
