I think the key is quantity. Most people eat waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much sugar. I have a bit here and there - I love love love ice cream. I just do it in moderation.

I do not eat any artificial sweeteners. When I don't use sugar I use Stevia. It is natural and naturally low cal. It's what Arbonne uses as a sweetener as well.

Moderation is the key!

I always check everything on Snopes.

Ok, I am about halfway thru the first batch. It is getting easier to drink. Not a huge fan of the taste but it isnt horrible. But I am not being the best eater today. I was running from one appointment to another and forgot my debit card and all I had was $4.25 in my wallet. So I got some McDonalds! LOL! Oh well, I will be better for dinner at least. No major excitement happening but maybe tomorrow will be a "moving" day!

Yeah, kinda weird how just one (but it was the end bottle) in the box broken and it's not like you didn't pack it well or it was tight in there if it got banged. Maybe they dropped it and that happened to be were it landed.

There is a Cinnabon sitting on my counter that is screaming at me to eat it lol. But its for my boyfriend so he better get home quick and eat it before it disappears. I am in the middle of making a huge fruit salad that i can just snack on every time I'm in th emood for a snack. It's just taking forever. Just the watermelon and pineapple left Then its on to make the salad. All we have in the house is whole wheat stuff anyway so besides the Cinnabon I think I'll beokay.

So we're spreading this drink out over the day. About 10-12 hours. How many ounces should I be clearing an hour? I haven't drank much yet because I dont want to drink it too fast.

BTW - the week I did mine I ate a Cinnabun. Haven't had one in years but it sounded so good when I was driving to Mike's that I broke down and ate one. BUT...that doesn't mean you should. The fruit salad sounds yummy!!

HAHA yea it was the road trip back from MD that made me buy mine. I bought a box of 4 and gave them to my mom but then had like 1/3 of one of them. Then took one home and its still sittinghere wantingme to eat it.

I realized my question was just basically simple math. I guess my real question should of been how many hours do you usually spread it out over?

Well I started drinking mine when I opened the salon at 9 and usually ended about 8 that night when we closed. Whatever I had left I just downed. Sometimes I only had a little bit left and some nights I had 1/4 of the bottle. I like mine really cold better so I kept it in my cooler but would forget about it some days so had to play catch up later in the day.
