It is easy to measure that you lost 8 pounds; you just weigh yourself. That is the proof.

How do you measure/know that you "detoxed" anything? What does that mean?

Tony, do a detox and you won't have to ask that question. It will be answered for you by your body. First you will see things that should not be in your body (if you know what I mean) and second you will feel different. Your skin will look different (clearer) and you will feel like your skin can actually breathe. Your entire body can feel the difference.

We get toxins in our foods and our environment. When we don't get rid of them they can lead to a lot of things, even a compromised immune system. Many people who have backaches, joint pain, headaches, etc really just need to rid their body of toxins.

I say try a week and see what you think - and see.

This might be a weird question. But does it make you have to run to the bathroom a lot...like more than usual. Its busy season...we can't be pooping every 5 seconds lol.

No, because you pour it into a 32 ounce water bottle and drink it throughout the day it is very gentle on your system. It is not like those chemical things. Good question though.

I posted another thread with the ingredients this morning. And Sandi you will obviously get better results if you stop putting the toxins in your body but at least while you are putting them in you'll be taking them right back out again. Not exactly counter-productive, just not as productive as it could be.

Hope that makes sense.

K I just checked the ingredients... first is Senna which is the poopmaker. Same w/ #2 & #4. Milk thistle is good for hangovers (Sandi) and generally rehydrating. Agave is a SUGAR! That's the cactus juice tequila is made from (Sandi)... Its usually a lot less refined than other sweeteners, but it will feed the bad stuff in your GI tract so don't think you can guzzle Agave and be suddenly clean (I'm sure its mainly to make this shiz taste better) The rest is your typical "roots n twigs."

Its probably going to do the average joe some good, esp if you're somewhat careful with your body. If you're particularly clean and healthy already tho (yea right losers) there would be diets and other supplements that would work more. And if you're VERY toxic, this type of thing might not make a difference at all.

Well all I can say is that I eat very healthy normally and take very good care of myself. I do on average 3 body wraps per week and I still lost 8# so it must have done something. I don't think I'm average at all. I think the average person would see even better results.
